Children's
I believe that the children's have a right in order to get a
high quality childhood environment which includes some points
which are mentioned below:
The children's have a right to get an environment where
the get response as well as where the individuals difference are
promoted along with that the appreciation are provided to those
who have a capability. As these environments encourage the child's
development and growth on right direction.
I believe that the environment should provide to the
children's which value the differences across the families, their
background along with that they use these in order to support the
individual or community learning (Ponton., 2018).
In order to boost the confidence level, decision-making,
social as well as emotional growth within the children's, I believe
that surrounding the children's with caring adults can be beneficial.
FAMILIES
I value or believe that securing trust from the families is
very important because for me families are the most important
teacher which helps the children for growth and development.
I supported families in following ways because they are responsive,
respectful as well as they reciprocate partnership with the
professional. The family member shares the children's learning or
needs with the professional which is beneficial for me to look the
children's lacking area. Families share the activities of engaging the
children's or their learning opportunities area. As the day to day
learning about the child's development helps to make strategies
regarding the health development and growth.
Communities
I believe or value the importance of community as
community play very essential role in children's education as
well as in caring the children's.
As community share the role and responsibility regarding the
children's well-being such as social, emotional, physical as
well as intellectual.
I believe that community provide the nurturing care, health and
education to the young children are inseparable. I also value
the partnership of children with the community is very
successful. The services provided by the community to the
children's are non-discriminatory, multicultural, multilingual as
well as have integrated curriculum which focus is the children's
development (Hill, Witherspoon and Bartz., 2018).
Colleagues
I am inspired from my colleagues as from him I
learned a lot of things about the children's behaviours which is
really helpful for me to understand the growth and
development of the children's.
From my colleagues I learned that the basic
foundation to understand the children's is to recognized the
early learning experience as it is the lifelong learning. From
learning those foundation, I can comprehend the early
childhood system which can address the whole child. I believe
that colleagues are built as a bridge regarding the career
opportunities for common early childhood certification system.
From my I learned to value the early childhood professional on
the basis of comparison to other educator’s contribution
(Cornell., 2020).

PART B- Philosophical strategy
I believe or value that the children's have right to access the education, they have right to
feel the value as well as feel the sense of happiness in their surroundings. Securing friendly
environment to the children are very helpful. From this environment the children learn to express
their thoughts or view without any hesitation, they learn some new skills as well as secure the
sense of happiness from their surroundings. As per ELYF this is the pedagogy for children's
(THE EARLY YEARS LEARNING FRAMEWORK FOR AUSTRALIA., (2020)).
Since, the Eric Erikson, the psychological development gives a point that children are
moving to a new stage in their development. According to him the children in their stage has an
opportunity to build a self-esteem and autonomy because they start learning new skills and right
from wrong. At this stage the children are concentrate on developing a great sense of self control.
The children start developing a sense of personal independence as well as start to control.
The outcome of self-learning in children are been analyse through their accelerated self-worth
and decision-making in required manner. For example, children start exploring the new things on
themselves and start gaining own place of happiness.
The educator who are working with the children's have a duty to listen the children's very
actively as well as carefully. They have to secure an understand of children's point of views, they
have to considered the children's interest, their wishes as well as their happy place (Dimitrova.,
2020).
I really value or have faith in family decision-making regarding the children education.
As today's family are really active towards the children's education. The engagement of teacher's
with the family on the regular basis are helpful in making strategy for children's growth and
development. For example, open conversations with the family can be helpful to know the
growth areas of the children as well as the weaker areas of the children. In order to flow the
information and knowledge regarding the children growth and development smoothly, it is very
essential to maintain the open conversations between the teacher's and the family about their
children's.
I believe that there is essential to build the community by securing the partnership of
educators and services with the families because their role is valued in children's life (Layland,
Hill and Nelson., 2018). The partnership is built by involving in families decision-making as
well as by inviting the families to the service centre in order to put their ideas, thought or

knowledge regarding the children's growth and development. For example, incorporating the
families to the children's activities such as dancing, singing, fun activity as well as in mate time
along with reading the books with the children's or to the children's. As it provides the holistic
view's to the parents regarding the children's daily activities as well as it also provides the
guidance regarding the education curriculum within the childcare settings. As involving in such
activities can be beneficial to both families or educator regarding the children's growth and
development.
I get inspiration from my colleagues, as their deep knowledge can be beneficial for me in
doing practice. From my colleagues, I get to know that securing relationship with the staff
member along with families or children's are very important. As working all together happily can
create a positive and healthy environment for the children's. For example, the experienced staff
professional recognised the weak, strong as well as interest areas of the children's (Hesterman
and Targowska., 2020).
PART-C REFLECTIVE PRACTICE
As an early childhood educator, I value the children's natural curiosity as well as never
ending activity of the play. Along with that I also believe on children's natural learning ability
from their curiosity or playing. I really like to support those children's who learns the things
while playing or doing other activities because it develops the ability of multitasking personality.
I do believe in implementing my learning things into an action which are relevant from
my learning or knowledge. The children's grasping power is very strong when they develop
interest in learning (Gibson, McFadden and Zollo., 2018).
As an early childhood teacher, I want to be identified as a role model to my children's
perspective as well as to other staff member. I start developing to do some research, explored the
things and have a regular insight in early childhood professional. I always appreciate an open
communication as it helps the professional as well as children's growth, as there are many things
to learn or develop for early childhood teaching.
I appreciate an open communication with parents because parents are the first teacher to
their child and the child's are mostly dependent on their parents for most of the things. So having
an open communication can be beneficial for both parents as well as child and include me as
well (McKinlay, Irvine and Farrell., 2018).
