Children's
I believe that the children's have a right in order to get a
high quality childhood environment which includes some points
which are mentioned below:
The children's have a right to get an environment where
the get response as well as where the individuals difference are
promoted along with that the appreciation are provided to those
who have a capability. As these environments encourage the child's
development and growth on right direction.
I believe that the environment should provide to the
children's which value the differences across the families, their
background along with that they use these in order to support the
individual or community learning (Ponton., 2018).
In order to boost the confidence level, decision-making,
social as well as emotional growth within the children's, I believe
that surrounding the children's with caring adults can be beneficial.
FAMILIES
I value or believe that securing trust from the families is
very important because for me families are the most important
teacher which helps the children for growth and development.
I supported families in following ways because they are responsive,
respectful as well as they reciprocate partnership with the
professional. The family member shares the children's learning or
needs with the professional which is beneficial for me to look the
children's lacking area. Families share the activities of engaging the
children's or their learning opportunities area. As the day to day
learning about the child's development helps to make strategies
regarding the health development and growth.
Communities
I believe or value the importance of community as
community play very essential role in children's education as
well as in caring the children's.
As community share the role and responsibility regarding the
children's well-being such as social, emotional, physical as
well as intellectual.
I believe that community provide the nurturing care, health and
education to the young children are inseparable. I also value
the partnership of children with the community is very
successful. The services provided by the community to the
children's are non-discriminatory, multicultural, multilingual as
well as have integrated curriculum which focus is the children's
development (Hill, Witherspoon and Bartz., 2018).
Colleagues
I am inspired from my colleagues as from him I
learned a lot of things about the children's behaviours which is
really helpful for me to understand the growth and
development of the children's.
From my colleagues I learned that the basic
foundation to understand the children's is to recognized the
early learning experience as it is the lifelong learning. From
learning those foundation, I can comprehend the early
childhood system which can address the whole child. I believe
that colleagues are built as a bridge regarding the career
opportunities for common early childhood certification system.
From my I learned to value the early childhood professional on
the basis of comparison to other educator’s contribution
(Cornell., 2020).
