QUESTION 1
Early learning framework, is one of the approved framework that creates learning process
based on the interests, strengths and other guided functions for the educators. The educator from
this learning framework will have to work while collaborating with the families, thus, providing
with some relevant learning experiences for every child there. In this framework, each child is
equally valued as well as their achievements and learning are celebrated. Educators will observe
and record the strengths and learning process of each child while working closely with their
families and producing ideas for the same (Adam, Barratt-Pugh, and Haig, 2019). The study
curriculum is evaluated and reflected o continuous basis from the educators. In the early learning
framework, the services are liaise from external agencies while supporting individuals to have
the best education and care for the children having some additional needs and requirements. The
curriculum is build in such as way that it will help in building learning stories of the children and
allows to observe on strengths and developments of children.
QUESTION 2
There are two NSW frameworks, early learning framework (EYLF) and my time, our
place (MTOP). The EYLF is used in the learning process and is related with the time in early
education and is based on the conclusive national and international evidence being an important
part of early childhood and development. My time, our place framework on the other hand is
about the are services that are to be provided for developing various opportunities for the
students present in school. These students will take part in leisure and play based activities that
will respond to the needs and choices of the students. These major difference between these two
frameworks is the age group of the students. The EYLF framework is applicable to the children
aged between 0 and 5 year old while the MTOP is applied for the students currently in school
that is between 6 and 12 years. EYLF is designed for early childhood that focuses on the
preparing the children for the transition to school while MTOP is designed for primary school
educators for the purpose of developing as well as nurturing the students with foundation skills
in their school years (Zhou, and et.al., 2021). However, the learning outcomes are very similar
for EYLF and MTOP where each of the outcome is broken down in subcategories. On the other
hand, EYLF framework is made to work in partnerships with the parents and families of the

students, whereas, MTOP allows the students to take active role and plan their well- being and
other outcomes.
QUESTION 3
The best framework suitable for Sunnydale Kidlee- winks is the early year learning
framework. It is the best as it helps in looking after the children that are between the ages of 0 to
5 years. The children in this community are 50 that are of ages between being 9 months old to 5
years. This framework will help the community in giving them a broad direction for the early
childhood educators and in early settings. This will help in facilitating the learning process of
children and and will guide the educators to develop a curriculum as well as making decision for
the same. It assists in the process of planning, implementing along with evaluating the quality of
education in the early learning setting. This framework will help the children in building sense of
identity while staying connected with the outside world.
QUESTION 4
Early year learning framework have a reinforce in the daily practices and follows the
principles that are laid out by the rights of the child. This framework recognises the right of the
children in playing and being an active participant that might affect their lives. The framework
works with an operational policy manual for the educators to avoid causing any harm to its
students.

a) Learning outcomes: The five learning outcomes from the early year learning framework
includes, children having a strong sense of identity, being connected with the outside world
while offering their contribution, having strong sense of well- being, building confidence while
involving with other learners, and lastly, building effective communication (Wright, and

The children are connected with the outside world as they are playing in outdoors and working
on situations that are real life based such as pirates and prisoners. They work on some exercises
such as stretching and breathing that include having the sense well- being and taking
responsibilities for following the same.

practices of the children and developing the foundation for the same. I can improve by building
more respect for diversity (Cantwell, 2021). Respecting and valuing the is important to
understand the values and beliefs of the children and their families. I must improve my
consideration for respecting cultures, traditions and lifestyle practices of the families. Working as
an educator requires meeting and working with students that come from various backgrounds
and follow different cultural beliefs. Therefore, it is important for me to understand and build
respect towards diversity will help me get along easy and promote the same.
