study had conducted TOWS analysis so that better strategic planning might be done for the
future activities by the quoted airline. Furthermore, the report had identified strategic and
affiliative leadership style that would be best suited in accordance with current organisation
situation. However, report had analysed that top management of easy jet would not be able to
achieve objectives through using Bureaucratic and delegative leadership style especially in
times of Covid and new Brexit reforms where chances of uncertainties are higher. Lastly, the
study had discussed importance of corporate social responsibility and impact on business in
detail.
