Introduction
The Childhood Trust is leading charity in the UK's. It is known as best orphan family
throughout UK, as well as the perfect setting for children living in poverty. Giving is idea of
charity. This causes the individual who practices charity to experience the same pain and
hopelessness as the rest of others. Charity is pressuring the individual to turn their condition
around and make a positive difference in at-least one other individual's life. Charity brings
happiness and fulfilment to children, peace and contentment. When volunteers demonstrate the
effect of charity on the needy person, they are ready to share the compassionate person a natural
sense of satisfaction. Charity comes in a variety of forms, each of which allows an individual to
help another individual in need (Anon Marhaba. 2014).
The objective of the charity is to make those who are engaged and participate in this
program understand the pain and despair of other kids. This charity encourages people to
improve their circumstances in order to make kids feel healthier and secure. This organization
also makes every effort to satisfy children and meet their requirements. In this regard study
covers analysis of The Childhood Trust Charity using PESTLE and SWOT model as well as
provide recommendations for improving their performance.
Environmental analysis
Charity comes in a variety of forms, each of which a volunteer may use to help another
individual in need. Amongst the most effective ways to support others is by food donation. This
can be accomplished by feeding a starving person or purchasing food and donating it
to charitable organization that assists in the feeding of the poor. Another way to support illiterate
individuals is to educate them as to how to reading and write so that they can get better careers
and strengthen their living standards. Money is most commonly used element by people; it
makes people consider what they can offer to poor as a form of assistance (Kara, 2018). The
other part of the charity is medical services, which is most powerful among others as more
medicine an individual gives to poor individuals more lives as well as families are saved from
death. In this regard following is PESTLE analysis of Charity as follows:
Political: Indeed, political events as well as situations can contribute towards the growth
of The Childhood Trust organization or create roadblocks that stifle progress. Policies
governing charitable programs have arisen as a result of these roadblocks. In other terms,
