Introduction
The Greater Sydney Commission plan is based on 3 cities whereby most of the people
stay within thirty minutes of education, health facilities, great places, and jobs. In order to meet
the demand of the changing and growing population, the plan is aimed at transforming the
Region into a three-city metropolis that is to say; western parkland, central river, and Eastern
Harbour City. The plan brings new ideas to the use of transport and land pattern so as to foster
the region's productivity, and liveability by emphasizing growth. As the region's population is
expected to grow by eight million in the next forty years, with at least half of the people staying
in the "west of Parramatta", rebalancing social and economic opportunities will imply that the
delivery and growth benefits will be more equitable and equally across the region. In this case,
the residents will be in the position to easily access essential services and jobs. The choice and
supply of housing will also have to increase to meet the changing and growing demand of the
people. Also, the precious resources and the environment will be safeguarded. Moreso, the
region's infrastructure will be improved so to support the people in the region. This implies that
having 3 cities in the region, each having strategic and metropolitan centers will help workers
move closer to better jobs services and city-scale infrastructure (Bass,& Robert 2017)

region is considering various ways of handling the issue of congestion caused by public transport
systems. The problem can not just be taken for granted because it may hinder the progress of the
city, thus it has to be handled by investing in different constructed infrastructure in the region. In
this case, Sydney has designed various ways in which it is developing its trading city as
illustrated below; first, Sydney is putting much emphasis on how infrastructure is enhanced by
investing in many funds. Through this, the region is considering the most important projects that
