Good interpersonal skills with the capability of working in the multi-disciplined team environment, engaging stakeholders and working co-operatively. Response to selection criteria Capable of communicating effectively comprising verbally and writing with the whole staff a)Able to communicate effectively with the whole staff and can contribute to the important decisions of the company. Capable of communicating concerning day to day working. b)Focuses on listening as a part of verbal communication effectively. Prevent small issues from turning into the huge ones by open lines of communication. I am having 1 year of experience in designing projects as a trainee engineer. c)I have even attained an award of best performance in the training session. Situation: During training at Aurecon, I assisted to the senior engineer handling designing of the projects. It had important role in the project criteria and constraints. It even helped me in the future assignments. Task: My task was to develop brainstorming ideas and communicate with the engineers for the possible solutions. Action: The steps comprised applying design steps in the projects. Result: Communicating effectively with the senior engineers helped me to know all the pros and cons of the possible solutions.

It was helpful in making sure that the problem did not result as a change of direction. Situation: At Aurecon, the tasks were allocated in the whole team. The efficient interpersonal skills helped me in communicating with the staff and attain the important information required to complete the task.
Task: The task was to prototyping; a model was created and reviewed by discussing with the senior level engineers. Action: The prototyping was either functional or non-functional. Alpha was used for functional whereas non-functional prototypes were used for form. Result: It helped me in identifying the required changes and corrections in the whole lifecycle of the product.
