INTRODUCTION
The assignment will describe about the Soft systems methodology which is primarily used
for business improvement. In order to identify the different issue or problem. The documentation
will assume multiple business problem in which use an appropriate methodology for performing
different operations within organization. Soft system methodology is based on the different
stages that will be divided into different manner. Furthermore, it will discuss about the actions
that will implement in the organizational improvement and analysis by using Soft systems
methodology. However, it will be implementing the different methodologies in the specific
context.

Soft systems methodology
Soft systems methodology is based on the approach to the organizational process
modelling. It is mainly used for resolving problem in the change of management (Hildbrand and
Bodhanya, 2017). In order to develop an interactive plan for implementing different action
research program. In this way, it always support for improving overall capacity and performance
in global marketplace.
The methodology was developed on the basis of earlier system engineering approach. The
primary use of SSM is in the analysis of complex situation or condition. Every situation are
considered as Soft problem to improve health service at workplace (Vorobyov and et.al., 2019).
It give an idea where how can manage the disaster planning. In some situation, actual problem is
to be addressed when interrogative devices that will enable among concerned parties.
As per case study, it has been identified the different areas of digital data system firm
which require to develop the current situation. In order to implement suitable approach for
enhancing overall business performance and efficiency. It can be possible when improve own
understanding towards problem situation. According to case study, it can be determined that
competition is becoming intense, growth sales which causes significant changes in the random
access (Ameyaw and Alfen, 2018). Digital technology has rapidly increasing the demand of
business while many other competitors acquire digital concept for exploring its branches across
the global world. So that directors, executive change the style of cooperation while trying to
