The story is about an immigrant who fought with all the odds to establish himself and
achieve his goals in a completely new country. The man was able to establish a successful
organization without even having a proper university degree. This is the story of a friend named
Eduard Gjoshi, the founder of eclipse roofing services which is one of the top roofing company
in Toronto now. The story of Eduard Gjoshi is further elaborated through an interview that was
conducted to trace his humble roots and his success story. His life can be a source of inspiration
for nor only millions of immigrants in Canada but also for the youth of the country. The life of
Eduard Gjoshi, is the story of unfair situations and the fight of a determined person.
The first question that was asked was how did he began everything? Eduard said that he
had a very humble beginning and was from a poor family. He was a friend of mine since
childhood. He further revealed that he immigrated to Canada at the age of 30. The next questions
I asked was how things went on from there? Eduard said that he wanted to complete his
education first before pursuing his goals in the country but was unable to do so due to various
financial constraints. He decided to get into jobs to become financially self-sufficient. According
to him this was the time of his life when he learnt many important lessons in life. The next
question was, how did he go on from there? He says that after his financial position improved
slightly he got married and had a child. What about the studies? He reveals that after getting into
jobs he was unable to complete his education and family pressure made him marry. What
happened next and how did you establish the company? Eduard reveals that with his wife and
child he immigrated to Canada in search of a better life. His educational status did not help him
but he got into a number of construction companies and learnt quickly about construction and
management even without any formal university degree. Next he created his own company
