Development of Academic skills
There are various academic skills which a person needs during the time of college. These
skills help them during the learning, researching, writing, presentation and various other task
(Boyle, Ramsay, and Struan, 2019). These skills are developed with the helps of teachers as well
performing the task provided. These skills will ensure that the students learn various things
during the time of the college. It will ensure that the students will work effectively and
efficiently during the work provided to them. The academic skills take time to develop which
needs various steps. This steps will be discussed further. The skills which is needed for creative
writing, using technology and various others are provided below:

SMART Goals ensure that the person can get success in their work. As it sets out the
criteria in each of the steps. The steps of SMART goals are discussed further:

In this step the student will analyse what should be the goals which they want to achieve
and their reasons. The goals can be learning presentation skills, inculcate creative thinking,
learning of technological skills as well as improve the presentation skills. It will help them to
perform better in their universities activities. As well as improve the efficiency of the student
