Introduction
Education leadership is the process, which guides and enlists the talents and the energies
of the pupils, teachers, and parents so that the educational aims can be achieved. In the global
economy, the Asian nations are competition as there rates of education is not keeping pace. To
meet the escalating demand the Asian nation also lacks the capacity to scale up their enrolment.
The economies are boosting up in the past few decades by experiencing the demographical
dividend. The Gross enrollment ratio is very low in Asia as a comparison to the other countries
but in recent years, Asia has been progressing.

Literature review on Educational Leadership between 2014 and 2018
From the year 2014 to 2018, there is much abundant evidence which is developing the
societies in Asia, Latin America, and Africa by rapidly increasing the publication. According to
the Castillo and Hollinger South Africa has been identified as the positive outliner in terms of the
knowledge production as per the review of Africa's EDLM literature. Educational leadership has
improved the education system of Asia in the year 2014 to 2018 by providing the educational
processes in the elementary, secondary and territory institutions. The published EDLM
scholarships were increasing the volume, growth over time. The education leadership has
increased in the three phases, primary, secondary and territory.
As per the author of the Zhu and Engels, in the past two decades of the year 2017 and the
year 2018, the literature on educational leadership has more developed. There are many different
leadership models are conducted to analyze the education system of Asia. Educational leadership
includes many things, which are very important for the administrative position in working. A
person should have the basics principles to acknowledge their work (Morley and Crossouard,
2015).
It is the source through which the new ideas and the methods can be generated. It is the
authoritative source of the information, which based on the latest trends and gives the knowledge
of higher education. If the person has, the masters in the educational leadership that he can hold
the teacher’s certification. The people are more approaching to the master’s degrees in the last
past 4 years so that their earning potential can be increased. The high school teacher in Asia
earns a very good income (Hallinger and Bryant, 2013). The educational leadership is required in
the schools of Asia so that they can ensure academic success too. With the help of the training
development schemes, the collaborations also accomplished with the parents, educators, students
and the other public policymakers.
Synthesis of the key trends identified by scholars over the past decade
From the past decades, there were many trends has been followed in the education system
of Asia. There were many careers and technical education are developed which are associated
with the best practices and high-quality apprenticeships. There were many career opportunities,
which are not equally developed so there is a need to carefully balance those opportunities so for
the long term the students can achieve the success (Walker and Hallinger, 2015).
The new trend is also developed in the education system of Leveraging technology.
Earlier the students read those books and there were no other sources of understanding but now

video discussion is there which helps the students to learn the things easily. Earlier only written
exams were happening through which interest of the learners get reduced but now they have to
make the audio presentation, oral exams, and their expressing abilities are analyzed which is the
better tool of the learning such as Flipgrid (Krutka and Carpenter, 2016).
The professional development techniques will also be developed as it helps the teacher to
develop the skills and knowledge apart from the books learning. These techniques are helpful for
the students also as they can also improve the skills by better practices. Professional
development also gives high expectations and improves the administration of working in the
education system.

Conclusion
From the above report, it is concluded that Educational Leadership is the process which
improves the quality of the education and the system itself by uniting the talents and forces of the
different people. With the help of the education system, the education learning of Asia has
increased from the last few decades. It helps the students, teachers and the learners to achieve the
goals. The educational leadership between the period of 2014 and 2018 is explained in this
report. The key trends were also identified over the past decades, which improve the education
system of Asia.

Introduction
It is important for the institutes to do international collaboration so that the fosters
breakthroughs in the research can be done. International collaboration is important so that the
researchers of Asia can collaborate with the research partners across the world. International
collaboration helps in supporting the activities and is helpful in reducing the barriers.
International collaborations are also helpful in expansion of the communication which also eases
the method of the academics, researchers, international travel and exchange the academic ideas
into the organize form. In this report, the two technological tools will be explained and they are
implemented with international collaboration.

Use of technological tools to foster international collaboration between institutions:
Technological Tool I: Digital media PADLET
PADLET is the digital media, which shares the content and improves the engagement of
the students. This tool provides the learning environment to the students and helps the teacher to
enhance the writing process. This tool is very helpful in discussing some topics as the teachers
can create special brainstorm sessions. In PADLET the book review session is also done in
which the students are invited to share their ideas. They can review and comment in this session.
In this tool, the students can also display their projects of the institutes on their profile and the
feedback can be provided at the assessment (Hoyos, 2014).
This tool can be implemented with international collaboration so that innovation and
competitiveness can be internationally connected. By doing the communication and checking the
assignment at the international level this tool can be implemented as it displays their projects and
provides feedback on that (Purser, et. al., 2013). The rate of international level is increasing
rapidly so PADLET is the digital media tool, which will embrace the global culture to attract the
new applicants. International collaboration provides the student with the ability to study and
work which can be done with the help of this digital tool as it shares the content and improves
the engagement of the students. This tool is very effective in improving the current workflow
system of international collaboration and helpful in facing the global community (De Berg,
2016).
Technological Tool II: WIGGIO
This tool is the comprehensive tool which provides opportunities for the students to work
ion the groups. The 1.5 million people around the world already test this tool and its
effectiveness is very good. In just the one room with the help of this tool, the teachers can
manage and create an unlimited number of discussions, meetings, forums, etc. With the help of
this tool, the virtual meetings and conference calls can be done. This tool is also very effective
for the calendar customization, documents sharing and to do a certain task assignment for the
students. This tool has a greater feature of the email, text and voice messages.
For the international collaboration, this tool is very effective as to communicate with
across the world, this tool is effective as this provides the virtual meetings and the conference
class (Odom, et. al., 2013). This tool is helpful in doing the text, email and voice messages
across the world and helpful in communicating with the other institutes. There are many
documents which have to be share so this tool is effective in the international document sharing
and provides the calendar customization. By implementing this tool, effective decisions can be

taken and the productivity can be increased (Søreide, et. al., 2013). The latest updates can be
shared with the group international in the very short period. After the classroom, the study
groups can also be done by organizing and making group projects. Therefore, this tool is also
very effective in international collaboration to increase productivity and creativity.

Conclusion
From the above discussion, it is clear that technological tools are very important in any
institutes to foster international collaboration. This tool not only increases productivity, creativity
but also enhances the international market. In this report, the two tools are explained which are
WIGGIO and PADLET which helps in supporting the activities and are helpful in reducing the
barriers. These two tools are implemented with international collaboration so that the education
system can offer new opportunities for international research and for international training.
Therefore, it is concluded that with the use of the technological tool the international
collaboration can be foster with the institutes.
