Introduction
In order to ensuring mental as well as physical growth of individuals, classroom
management practices play an influential role. The purpose of this study is to critically analyze
the comparison between the case one and case two. Based on the analysis, the changes have been
identified. At the end of this study, improvement recommendations have been provided.
Identification of changes
Analyzing both the case studies, it has been identified that behavioral changes have been
identified. In the first case analysis, it has been identified that behavioral issue and vulgar
language from the students have created negative environment in the class room. However, in
the second case study analysis, it is clearly shown that behavior of the individuals in the
classroom has been changed. The major change between first and second analysis is in the first
analysis, it has been mentioned that the behavioral issue of the child has been directly informed
to their parents. However, in the second analysis, the major cause behind the behavioral issues
have been identified and awareness suggestion has been recommended.
The punishment polices, which have been introduced against the vulgar language have
played an effective role. Based on the analysis, negative impact of social media has been
considered as the important role in case of bringing the negative impact on behavioral
characteristics of the students. In the second case analysis, sexual issues have been repeatedly
highlighted. The homosexual behavior among the students has influenced the sexual issues
(Levin & Nolan, 2014). Bad content on the internet has not only driven the behavioral risks, but
also it has influenced sexually transmitted diseases. The major change, which has been identified
