INTRODUCTIONBreakfast is the most important meal of the day and the omission of the breakfast canlead to either increase in energy intake or decrease in energy expenditure. The omission ofbreakfast mostly reduce the daily energy intake. The performance of exercise is improved if doneafter taking the breakfast. The stable body weight is achieved only by the proper management ofenergy balance. The regular consumption of breakfast is recommended as the best way tomaintain healthy diet. People who are consuming breakfast daily is tended to have lower bodymass index. If the person is taking high energy breakfast, then he must follow those exercisewhich are having low intensity and people who are consuming low energy breakfast shouldfollow proper healthy schedule exercise. Low energy breakfast will increase the hunger duringthe morning which results in improved lunch intake. The metabolic session fails to generate the hunger for food intake if the low energybreakfast is taken by the person. Breakfast gives the early energy to the body, so that it startsworking smoothly. It all starts from the morning exercise where the person tend to lose moreweight because of the high energy of breakfast. The energy expenditure of breakfast is highbecause of the consuming breakfast. Literature review The concept of breakfast energy intakeAccording to Heap (2016) the consumption of breakfast is very important for femalesbecause it energises the person throughout the day. Moreover, we have studied that females whoare gaining their weight skips there breakfast daily by assuming that it will result in loosing theirweight but it leads to increase in more weight of those females because in taking the breakfast isthe most essential part of the day which increases the energy of the body as well as helps inmaking the body more fit. Females assumes that consuming breakfast may result in increasingthe calories inside the body but its not true whereas in-taking the proper breakfast helps inreducing the calories from the body. Therefore, the study implies that the breakfast intake leadsto gaining the energy inside the female body. Different reactions of breakfast in terms of no, low and high consumption of breakfastO'Flynn (2014) stated that breakfast is very important for female to maintain their healthand increase their energy.
