Avoid non verbal expression and use language instead of it, this will make the employees clearly understand what the manager wants to make the employees understand. understood in other way. For example, if the manager has studied in UK and is only aware of the culture in UK. Now the manger is having its staff and the staff is from various location then it can result difficulty to the managers in making the employees understand(Halawah, 2015). So it is must for the leader that the leader should know the culture of each and every employee working in Mr. Fish in order to effectively convey the message without any harm to the employees and their culture.
