INTRODUCTION
Communication is ways of transforming meaningful information from one person to
another in order to meet the desired results. It is consider to be the most important skill for an
individual which support them to present respective viewpoint to person with communicating. In
this report importance of effective communication have been discussed with the support of an
academic event. This help in improving the overall performance and make increase behaviour &
experience to deal different life circumstances.
PART A
Description of the situation or event
There was a task in my college, in which I was given an assignment in which I had to
complete it and then recite it in from of the whole class. This was a situation in which I was
hesitating that how will I be able to do it in front of the whole class. Communication skill was
most needed at that point of time so that I could make the audience understand what is the basic
thought which is being reflected in that assignment. When the actual day of that speech came I
was nervous, but as I started speaking my assignment very soon I was able to develop
confidence. My communication skills were helping me in improving the way I was speaking at
that particular point in speaking. At that point I realised that I posses necessary skills which are
required for communicating with people. The communication skills are important in every aspect
of a students life, whether communication is done with teachers, friends or any other staff
members. This skill helped me a lot in enhancement of performance in performing various tasks
which were allotted to me by my teachers. That assignment also, changed my perspective and I
realised that effective communication tool can be very helpful in making the audience
understand what actually I was trying to convey through my speech. Thus, it can be said that
there are some life changing events which helps in making realisations about oneself. When I
was asked to give the speech in front of my class member I was not sure that I would be able to
give the proper information about the topic. I feel that all the other student would have a better
knowledge of maths and English because I left the studies for some time. When I was
communicating with my class, I found then totally connected with the speech and there was pin
drop silence,. I found this gesture with to be very much faithful and supportive that could help
me out top reach the desired results in future. As I finish my job of defining the subject aspect
