This research project examines the impact of effective communication among international project team members on the success of the project in multinational organizations. It covers communication management, policies, and practices, and provides strategies for mitigating communication issues. The study uses interpretivism as the research philosophy to understand the subjective experiences and perspectives of international project team members. The literature review defines key terms such as effective communication, project team members, global projects, and multinational organizations, and examines the significance of effective communication management for project success. The study also identifies various communication management issues and provides strategies for mitigating them.
