Sustainability is the primary aim of any organization as in the presence of sustainability, there is a scope of holistic development. Besides, these are one of those few aspects using which long term stability and growthcouldbeachieved(McWilliams,2015). Therefore,toachievestabilityinorganizational structure it is important to focus on sustainability of the organization (Coombs, 2015). Further, it work as a guide for organizations and provide them a chance so that they can work ethically, efficiently and fairly to make the organization sustainable and effective. Corporate social responsibilities There are studies that have been done to determine the effectiveness of CSR and it was found that using CSR, the organization was able to determine several strategiessothatenvironmentalresponsibility, philanthropicresponsibility,economicresponsibility and ethical business practices could be addressed (Suliman, Al-Khatib and Thomas, 2016). Introduction Crisisinorganizationisdeterminedbytherisk which may be connected with the social economic or technological aspects.Therefore to deal with suchsituationinorganizations,therearefew approaches which need to be followed such as the conventional approach and the strategic approach (Attemene and Eguavoen, 2017). The conventional approach: As per this approach, the crisis includes the trends, events, controversies and different developmental strategies which affects the organization by creating a negative impact. Therefore,communicationisusedforthecrisis management system in this approach. The crisis communication: Thereareseveralobjectivesforthecrisis communication process such as ensuring safety of theorganizationanditsassetsaswellas maintaining apositiveimageof the organization. However, to implement these objectives in practical scenario, several theories need to be implemented such as: •The image restoration theory or the repair theory •Situational crisis communication theory •Social mediated crisis and communication model •Integrated crisis mapping model Effectofinterpersonalcommunicationin workplace Using this communication method the managers can easily determine clarification so that objective of the organization could be met. Effectivecommunicationtechnique,helpsthe teamwork to be improved and enhances the ability of the teammates to communicate with each other with enhanced activity (Hirst et al., 2015). Thirdly,ithelpstoenhanceinterpersonal relationship between employees and their clients leading to an effective organizational performance. Finally, it helps to create a sense of responsibility and belonging in the employees so that they can accept their roles and responsibilities provided by the organization (Ghani and Osman., 2016).
