4-What have you learnt about leadership from your own experiences, on this course and
elsewhere?
My experience for the leadership in the company is different from others requiring a
multi functional perspective to design a more compelling workplace experience. I have learned
many things about leadership in my years. Being a leader is a lifelong learning process. Every
great leader always looks for ways to improve their ability to improve their leadership qualities
and attributes. I’ve found if a leader is really good at what they do, they won’t have to tell others
about it. It also involved activities such as handling correspondence and communications,
scheduling and training employees, evaluating performances, and ensuring seamless operational
flow across multiple cross-functional departments. I am the all rounder in the company to
maintain their employee and sub coordinates in the company. I have to connect with different
business man and get emotionally attached to succeed our business respectfully for the future and
maintain the relationship with others and employee of the company. I managed all the
employees in the company, I used the hill model for the leadership and listen to their ideas,
sometimes it will be correct and I might be wrong and I accept it. I always bring an innovative
idea for the organisation to get succeed in the future and different from the others and maintain a
relationship with sub coordinates and other business man as well (Maynard, 2017).

After analysing and reviewing my nature, I can elucidate that I am optimum choice of
leader. Team work is to be done effectively, which require effective coordination,
comprehension and learning skills through which I can guide my team.
The manner which we are giving the answer for the inquiry will show them choice in
leaders that you learn. . Why always think a good leader you might be may be sometimes wrong
and right also and meant it always (Goleman, 2014). Always talk with the good and respectfully
manner to other one in the organisation it entertainment your mental attitude and leadership in
the institution. Don’t think negative contact and thoughts ever think positive thoughts.
This experience is change my opinion about leadership and quality of good leadership is

that, leader is learned every aspect of life to change opinion level in organisation.
In this experience is one of the most important and help to learn function of leader to be
