2 DISCUSSION In the present business scenario, every business organization is tending to acquire effective recruitment and selection strategy which aims is to build up a well-qualified and effective workforce. Due to digitalization, several techniques or tools of recruitment have been come up in markets which help associations to recruit effective people. In this relation, most of the organizationsare moving to apply social media recruiting which is better to attract active and passive job candidates. Having a brand which speaks for it can reduce recruitment efforts as it attracts people in social media sites. In this digital world, individuals prefer to work with the brands on which they can trust and know their employees are treating in well-being manner. All this is updated on the brand’s social media site. In addition to this, social media tools, i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc. are using by organizations to improve recruiting strategy. For example – LinkedIn helps people to get connected with the organization and see the job posts over there. Beside this, Facebook helps employees to know the firm's updates and necessary information. The advantage of social network recruiting it to enable employers' to know about personal life, views, goals and interest of candidates beside this poor comments of customers may affect individuals’ to apply for this post. While looking for a job, individuals have to focus on keep connecting with top brands. At the time recruitment, recruiters have to develop an effective job description thus to search the best candidates for the given position. Yes, it is totally ethical to use social media for recruitment processes as it enables employers’ to direct communicate with their applicants.
