Introduction
 The ability of creating a desired outcome in a best
possible manner is defined as its effectiveness.
 It is associated with doing the right task in a right way
through completing the activities and meeting the
objectives.
 It is an extent to which something is successful in
obtaining an expected interpretation.
 There are several characteristics within the student
which makes him effective.

Communication Skill
Communication skills are those skills that a personnel uses while
sharing various type of information.
It includes communicating new thoughts, ideas and feelings,
listening, observing, speaking and empathising.
These type of skills permits an individual to understand as well as
be understood by the other people.
It also provides assistance in understanding variations in the
process of communication through personal interactions, digital
communications such as social media and email and phone
conversations.

There are several uses of communication skills that makes a student effective and some
of these uses are explained as under:
 Correct body language: It is very important to exercise better body language such as
matching the tone during conversation with others, eye-to-eye contact and using
proper hand gestures.
 Be confident: Student can be effective when they have confidence on themselves. To
be a confident person doesn’t mean avoid listen to others or neglect their views. It
can be referred as maintaining a good body posture and better eye contact while
doing conversation with confidence.

Responsibility
Responsibility is an obligation of an individual to complete
the task which is assigned to him based on the position of him
within the organisation.
These type of skills are not kept on the resumes of most of
the people but it is very important in the workplace to adopt
responsibility skills.
It is a stage of commitment when one is desiring to create a
setting and attaining clear and determined objectives.
