challenges due to the lack of proper communication.
• The current environment which is multidisciplinary is increasing the
importance of proper communication in the clinical leadership.
• Through proper communication, the nursing leaders provide coaching
and act as the advocates for the staffs to ensure the presence of
adequate resources to care for the patients.
