INTRODUCTION
There are three kinds of team roles such as people
oriented team oriented and action oriented. On the basis
of the Belbin's categories team formed to accomplish
their objectives.
There are nine Belbin team roles such as implementer,
shaper, finisher, team worker, investigator, specialist
role, plant role, monitor -evaluator ,resource investigator

IMPLEMENTER
Persons who play the role of the implementer
within a team are those one who actually get
things done within the team as they are well-
organized, efficient and practical.
They are the one's who can turns the ideas as
well as thoughts of the team into the actual
plans. Thus, as due to their conservative nature,
they are slow and rigid to accept the change
within the team.

SHAPER
In a team ,the role of the shaper can be performed by
the persons who are relish and dynamic challenges.
Instead of the quit while facing challenges, they can
maintain a positive attitude as well as strive to find
the ways that are best to overcome challenges facing
though the team.
They are known as extroverts and work to motivate
the employees of the team ,in addition to this they
possess great interpersonal communication skills.
