A study by (Häyrinen, Lammintakanen & Saranto, 2010) has been taken into
consideration to follow up with the process of critical appraisal regarding the benefits of the
HER system. Simple online nursing records are based on the practice of nursing, but the
nursing process is used differently between patients. There are not enough development notes
on the evaluation of needs, the recognition of nursing conditions and treatment priorities and
the proposed nursing strategies.
EHRs are patient-centric, real-time records, which provide approved users with
information instantly and safely. While an EHR does include the diagnosis and health records
of patients, a EHR system is designed for a larger view of patient care than traditional clinical
data gathered in a provider's office. EHRs could include the medical history of the patient, the
diagnosis, the medications, the treatment schedules, the vaccine dates, allergies, the
radiologic records, and the details of a diagnostic and test results; that physicians can use to
determine a patient's care (healthit.gov, 2020)
Approaches used to conduct scientifically valid scientific studies provide critical
reading and review of the consistency of the research literature. Formal post-graduate
research preparation therefore encompasses a critical evaluation dimension (Häyrinen,
Lammintakanen & Saranto, 2010).
The words ' validity' and' trustworthiness' need to be considered to understand the
basis of critical assessment. The paper shows validity can be broadly separated into' build'
and' external' validity. The integrity of the system is the degree of use of metrics and
calculation processes by which the findings are honestly deduced. Systematic review involves
literature review focused on the study topic and therefore the search technique used that may
include "grey" literature. Randomized control trial (RCT) is Randomly distributed (study)
