hospitality company that manages and franchises a broad portfolio of hotels and related lodging
facilities. This report includes topics such as understanding of the area in detailed manner which
assesses the various types of approaches in leadership with relevance of multi cultural aspects in
the industry of hospitality. Concept has been highlighted for the responsibility of organization

business on the top (Witt and Stahl., 2016). It is important for the Hotel Marriott to have the
skillful leaders who can lead the employees who are working in the company toward the goals
and the objectives so company can be successful, and they can take competitive advantages. A
effective leader always stay with the teams and help- them to achieve the goals. They are also
an inspiration for the other team members, and they are an motivation of the group which
makes the companies vision into the reality for the company.
