I am currently a student of cultural diversity, emotional intelligence
and cultural intelligence
The subjects is much important for me to understand as part of my
entire learning process in the higher education area
The various diversity factor would be considered in the light of the
practices that are implemented within the organization to improve the
prospects of cultural diversity management

Overview of the organization
the organization that is chosen is Wesfarmers
The organization was formed in 1914 as a farmer’s cooperative in Australia
Some of the most important businesses among these are retail business with Kmart and Target
the farm venture with the Dalgety Farmers
the Australian Railroad group, the chemicals, fertilizers and energy divisions and industrial
safety equipment
the company also own a significant amount of shares in the large supermarket chain Coles
The reason for the selection of the organization was that owing to its large operational scope
Wesfarmers is currently focused towards improving the prospects of its diversity management
