Part 1:
Employment development profile (EDP)
EDP is referred to as the development in between the manager and their employees,
they all come together in order to allow for some open dialogue as well as collectively setting
a goal of an organisation. After being able to analyse our own achievements and working
with their managers in order to develop the goals of learning that will make an effort to
support the continuous growth of the employee. This is known as the employment
development (Crawford 2013). A formal way to collaborate, reflect, plan as well as learn in
the continuation of the quest in order to strengthen effectiveness of an individual and
understand the potential of an individual.
An employee will get an alert by their manager about a date as well as time for their
meeting regarding the EDP.
Part 2:
Examine ‘employability’ scenarios for the skills of: problem solving, team work, cross-
cultural competency
We all are solving some problems every now and then, at workplace, in academic situations,
as well as our everyday life.
The practice of skills in employability teamwork, a soft skill regarding teamwork is
referred to as the significant factors for creating a chance of getting a job. The skills includes
decision making and planning skill, the skill of interpersonal relationship, flexibility skills
and communication skill.
