 There are number of communication skills which can be used by manager
of Rockpool digital in order to have interaction with colleagues,
subordinate and clients.
 In this support, it is necessary for manager to have improved focus on:
1. Verbal
2. Non-verbal communication
3.Formal
4.Informal communication method.

Verbal: In verbal communication the manager will have focus on
interaction with an assistance of mediums like face to face, telephone,
radio, television and other media. It have use of words in order to
have communication with team members and clients. It will facilitate
IT manager in effective information gathering regarding employees
needs so that misunderstanding issues can be resolved in better way.
Non verbal: It means manager can use body language, gestures,
behaviour, etc to communicate with other person. It will assist IT
manager in proper understanding about personality characteristics by
using gesture for communication.
