 Leadership develops in a person by persuasively working on the employability and study
skills. It needs work with commitment, courage and focus along with self-discipline.
 With a goal oriented vision having plan and strategies to guide the workforce, this

 Leadership can be understood as an art of management for motivating people in an
organization, where strengths and abilities of individuals are guided to utmost
