INTRODUCTION
 Employability Skills and study skills can be understood as a set of transferable skills and
personal attributes which are highly valuable by employers in effective management at
workplace.
 These skills are generic in nature such as good communication skills, having self
management understanding, taking right decisions, initiative nature with good planning
and organizing .
 Leadership develops in a person by persuasively working on the employability and study
skills. It needs work with commitment, courage and focus along with self-discipline.
 With a goal oriented vision having plan and strategies to guide the workforce, this
instilling confidence to make right decisions.

TASK 1
 Leadership can be understood as an art of management for motivating people in an
organization, where strengths and abilities of individuals are guided to utmost
capabilities of them, for reaching targets with efficiency, having a clear vision of work
with efficiency.
 It is a necessary skill in today's business world, where a group of subordinates are
guided for achieving their goals.
 A good leader in an organization is the sole pillar required with good communicative
skills, commitment and passion to delegate the authorities properly.
