INTRODUCTION
Employability skills refers to transferable abilities required by a person in order to make
them employable. It includes various skills like technological knowledge, effective
communication, decision making skills, time management and perfection in specific field that
employers want in an individual. It is required for a person to have interpersonal skills, problem
solving ability, use an initiative & self motivated and capability to perform under pressure to
complete work on desired deadlines. Professional development is essential to enhance skills and
knowledge of employees which facilitate to increase overall ability of organisation to improve
their productivity and profitability. The skills and special requirements of all employability plays
very important role in structuring growth & progress of each person who are in different
standards of the hierarchy levels of organisation in TESCO. These skills are considered to be
instruments or tools which will give correct presentation is for improving organisation on many
ground levels. Such credentials helps an individual to earn respect and loyalty card in company
plus they are awarded through revenue increment or incentives which boosts their morale more
and more. In employment skills assignment TESCO UK is taken up to consider all requirements
of organisation and study the concept of employment skills and professional development
(Deeley, 2014).

Case scenario:
Tesco is a big retailer in the globalised market as its employing more than 450,000 people
and it has almost 6800 stores and shops all over the world. Its very huge brand which will give
several accusations and provide the correct guidelines as per standards, which is the sole reason
for it having many customers as well. Its crucial to understand individuals on grounds of
customers, communities and colleagues, their requirements is its basic goal and main aim. It has
used many plans and schemes to help out people which eventually full-fills all requirements of
them. They are in constant requirements of employees who can wok in challenging environment
where reputation and standards of all such customers and services. The correct challenge which
is faced by them consists of things which have to create correct balance in the mixing zones and
create skills and abilities for making a good manager in future (Jackson, 2015).

As I have to be the assistant manager over here, a correct report of development reports that will
show correct self learning progress in the matter and give correct assessment reports as per
developmental skills and basic requirements of the work in organisation (Kaushal, 2016). This
will be centred in planning all the achievements and personal plus professional objectives of one
self.

EVALUATION OF SKILLS AUDIT
In this case study being the assistant manager at TESCO I have to enhance my skills and
develop all personal and interpersonal things which will help me in growing further in
organisation plus, their shall be correct assessment of the working zones and requirements of all
the needs of organisation (Messum, Wilkes and Jackson, 2015). This can be done by the below
mentioned table which shall enhance all the requirements and organisations needs which are
important for its growth and development and become a manager eventually.
