INTRODUCTION The report is focusing on the employ ability skill and development plans which would include the learning and development of the employees which are working in company. Various tools are used by the company for identifying the professional skills of employees and using the skills of employees in the effective way. Personal development plan would be made for reviewing the professional development skills are discussed in report. The report would also discuss the formal business meetings and planning of the business meetings. Report would provide the knowledge to the students about how to develop the professional skills as well. Aims To develop the skillsand knowledge relating to the employ ability and professional development Objectives ď‚·To analyse the impact of the learning and development ď‚·To sue the range of tools and techniques ď‚·To organize and manage the meetings and group meetings Analyze the learning and development of the human resource trainee The human resource trainee training and development is important because the trainee is giving the training to the other employee of the organization which are working in company. Learning and development of the human resource trainee is the one which is giving the training and teaching them about the work and rights and responsibility (Ward 2016). Develop personal capabilities In the company human resource trainee just need to develop the skills and abilities in the effective way. Trainee need to develop the personal skill and abilities which would help the individual person to face the world. The person would be confident and easily express the reviews in the effective way. Through the personal skills and abilities the people would learn and develop themselves in the suitable way. They must be able to address the trainee which are trained under them, and they must express themselves in the effective way. Create the value based culture Trainee need to develop the value based culture and the employee would be easily expressing and providing the training to the employees. Individual need to learn new things and able to learn the things at the initial stage and also after the certain time. Individual must be able
to communicate effectively, so they would be in interest in working with each other they would create the value based culture in the company. Values are the one which are giving the individual to walk on the right path and the so the individual must follow the values which would encourage the employee to work in the effective way. So the trainees must learn and develop themselves and increase the knowledge as well (Leonardi and Meyer 2015). Effective communication Individual need to focus on the effective communication and these would increase the confidence of the employee which are working in company. In company employees need to communicate effectively with the other employees and in this way they would able to build the friendly culture win the company. Effective communication would improve the knowledge of the employees, and they would be working effectively in the company. They would be able to gain the knowledge and develop themselves as well. Motivation Every employee is working in the company and every employee need to work in the effective way. These would not only motivate the employees, but they need to work in the effective way. Employees are bored while working and because of the same action so the employees need motivation and time. Individual must be self-motivated, and they must be working in the company in the effective way. Employee are working in company and so the employee need to be motivated by the learning and development skill. Individual need to develop themselves, and they would be working in the effective way. Learning skills and development skills would be improved by the way of the training programs of the company. Companies are arranging the training programs which are arranged for training the employee of company. So the people must also concentrate on using the training skill in day to day work in company, so they would improve the performance as well (NA 2017). Use the tools and techniques for analyzing the interpersonal skills and transferable skills The employers are searching for the interpersonal and transferable skills which would help the employer to analyze the skills and abilities of the employee. Time management skills Time management skills are important for the employees because they have to manage the time and complete the task accordingly. These time management skills would help the employees to manage the task before time and also they would help the other employee in completing the task. Listening skills Listening skill of the employee would give the time to manage the services in the effective way and the employees would work in the effective way. Proper listening skills would

Problem solving skills Employee must be efficient in problem solving skill because employees would feel demotivated when they are not able to solve the problem, and they would stick at that one point. So the employees would be motivated, and they would be working in the company in the effective way. Factors which are affecting the meetings There are various factors which would affect the meetings like the situation and the time of the meetings. The situation and time when the meeting is arranged and the circumstance in which the meeting is arranged. Team members and delegates which would be attending the meetings are must because it is member of the meeting are important, and they are willingly trying to work in the effective way (Boyd and Bee 2015). Basic rules Basic rule must be followed by the member which are attending the meeting, and they must work in the effective way. The plan and the agenda of the meeting must be specified and the one must write the minutes while the meeting is running. Employee must keep the control over the meeting in the effective way. Actions must be followed and members would agree the outcome of the meeting. No member in the meeting would be able to break the rules of the meetings and the look after the that any other member would not break the rule of the meetings. Agenda Agenda of the meeting is the purpose of the meeting and tools which would help the company to follow the guidelines (Van Laar, and et.al., 2017). Agenda consist of the guidelines and the purpose of the project. Agenda is usually beginning with the apologies of the absence and the approval of the meeting and the matters which are rising in the meetings. Planner checklist Before starting the meeting the planner checklist is prepared and the employees are checking about the need of the meetings. The checklist includes the agenda, outcomes, date, time and attendees as well. Venue of the meeting and the note of the last meeting is must for the running the meeting successfully. Results and data would be analysed in the effective way. These checklists are the one which is checking the availabilities of the all the facilities in the meeting room (Arnold and Boggs 2019). REFLECTION In my opinion it would be said that the learning and development of the employees would improve the performance of the company. So the companies are arranging the training programs for developing the employee of the company. Employee need to develop their behaviour and so these would change and Improve the environment of the company. These would affect the employee sand employee would enjoy while working in the company. I would suggest that the employee need to be encouraged for team work, and they must be motivated to do better and so the company is providing the rewards. Rewards given to the employees are bonus promotion and incentives as well. These would not only affect the company but the employees would be managing the working in the company.
The meetings are arranged in the office and the meeting would include the proper planning of the meeting. The meetings are arranged by the agenda and attendees which are going to visit the meetings. Proper checklist is prepared and the employee must be provided training for checking the checklist and use that the all the facilities which are for the meeting are present there. As per me employees are working in the company and are the part of the company so the employees must be asked before taking any decision which is related to them. The company wouldusethetoolsfor influencingtheemployeeswhichareworkinginthecompany. Employees must be influenced in that way which would help the manager to handle the situation In the effective way and in the positive way. The employees need to develop the skill and the abilities which would benefit the company and record the performance of themselves and monitor it. The performance of the employee which are working in the company would be monitored and the employees would work effectively and try to rectify the mistake which were done by them. Employee must make surethattheemployeewouldimprovethecommunicationskilleffectivelybecause communication skills would have effect the performance of the company. Make sure that the body language of the employees are perfect and look that the employees would make the direct eye contact while communicating. CONCLUSION From the above report it would be concluded that the employee are working in the company as the human resource trainee one m must have the skills and abilities for training the employees. Employee of the company need to develop themselvesin the effective way. Employees can develop the skills the communication skills and leadership skills as well. Employee can improve these skills by working and learning the new techniques. Employee would also use the skills like the time management and problem solving skills which would be also improved by the using the new tools and techniques. In the office the meeting are conducted and the meeting are conducted by the proper planning.
