INTRODUCTION
A process that records information regarding various skills, knowledge as well as
experience that an individual has collect when performing several activities known as
Continuous Professional development. It can be used through various firms in order to
analysis as well as evaluates learning as well as development of individuals through
reflecting, recording as well as reviewing whatever it has learning while performing
various Functions
(Sridev. and Chandramohan, 2019). Thus various aims as well as objectives of forming
CPD for development and growth of people within both professional and personal life
are mention below.

Aim - Its aim to develop a plan that focuses on several skills and knowledge that have
developed within limited time so that accomplish the desired goals.
Objectives
To learn more knowledge and skills so that performs various activities as well as
grow career till 2021.
To increase abilities as well as performance so that various opportunities can be

This portfolio covers about several knowledge, skills that i have learnt during
working experience such as team work, effective communication and leadership style to
effectively manage several staff members within company. It determines about why
such skills that have learnt are such skills that have also learnt are significant for growth
as well as development of people. It is also evaluates form CPD that communication
skills has learnt so that it aids within increasing confidence level for effective

communication with several other people. Thus it can be stated that learning such skills
are vital for growth of people within more professional life. Portfolio determines about
what people require to achieves next due to this it aids within setting goals as well as
planning various strategies so that the requires goals are achieved. It also covers
various skills that require to be improved so that there is a growth within professional
career such as problem solving abilities, ITC skills and creative skills. Every staff
member evaluates and analysis whether people have such type of employment capacity
skills or not so that perform several functions more comfortable as well as easy for
success and growth of firm. Therefore, continuous professional development and
professional development plan are made within this kind of portfolio so that several
