REFLECTIVE COMMENTARY
I am a hard-working and conscious person and look forward to achieving
success in my life by completing the tasks with full determination and commitment. I
keep developing my skills on the basis of my experience of the different place I have
been working. I am a responsible person of bubbly and optimistic nature who is
concerned about achieving accuracy in my performance and consider my job as one the
most important role in my life. I have good communication ability and try to connect with
new people in order to learn about different natures and behaviours of human beings
which is important in order to gain a better understanding of how to effectively work in a
team. I always try to improve my performance and learn from the mistakes that have
been made by me in the past. I always try to change my approach after facing
challenges in order to improve my overall output and increase efficiency in the work.
I will explain my experience at the workplace with the help of the Gibbs reflective
cycle, which is an effective framework used to describe and explain the significant
features from the experience (Gibbs' Reflective Cycle, 2022). It is an appropriate model
used for explaining the key aspects of the skills which are useful in learning from it. The
employability skills developed by me during my work experience have been useful in
order to increase my confidence in performing the crucial tasks and gaining better
exposure of the overall abilities developed by me. I have been able to assess my
strengths and weaknesses by working in my employment which has a positive impact in
improving my overall efforts towards my job role.
I had a feeling of satisfaction while gaining these skills as it were helpful in
increasing my efficiency in performing better in the organization. I have been able to
increase my engagement towards the work and improve my overall productivity. This
feeling was amazing as I was able to complete my tasks on to gain better recognition
from my superiors. Due to these skills, I was able to solve critical problems which were
difficult for me in the past. The employment skills have been useful in order to get better
appraisals which gives a feeling of joy and has motivated me to contribute more towards
my job role.
It was difficult to manage the work in the beginning but slowly I have developed
the crucial employment skills which are important to get better recognition in the

industry. I used to get frustrated in the starting as I was not able to meet the tasks on
time. It started reflecting in my behaviour towards the work and adverse effects on my
performance. I made sure to bring effective changes in my current approach towards
the job role and complete my tasks efficiently in order to achieve better results. I started
working hard upon developing these skills and gain better advantage at my workplace.
I have experienced various changes in my personality after gaining these skills, it
has been useful in order to develop better image of myself in front of my peers. This has
been one of the most important aspect in my overall learning process. These changes
have been useful in order to gain better recognition from my superiors and increase my
efficiency in performing the crucial tasks that are assigned in my job. It has been useful
in improving my overall approach towards working and increasing my critical thinking
and decision making abilities. These aspects of my job have had a positive impact on
my overall development which is crucial in order to achieve better results in the industry.
I have been able to provide innovated ideas to my job role with the help of these skills
as these are useful in order to develop a better understanding of the actual need of the
working environment. These employability skills are important in order to increase the
ability to perform better and achieve better output than my peers in the job ( Ayala Calvo
and Manzano García, 2021).
I have developed a better understanding of my roles and responsibilities with the
help of the valuable feedbacks that have been provided by my superiors on the basis of
my contribution to the workplace. With the help of this knowledge I have been able to
improve my productivity and increase my chances to achieve success in the
organization (Bhagra and Sharma, 2018). By analysing my overall success in my
experience of working, I have been able to understand that there are different abilities I
have gained from various job roles which has led towards my overall development and
has been able top increase my chances of getting better recognition in the business
environment. I am able to take tough decisions by evaluating the pros and cons
effectively which has been a major learning from my job role. These learnings from the
job roles are significant for me in order to gain better recognition from my superiors and
develop a greater personality.

It has been beneficial for to develop these skills as it has a positive impact on my
overall success. I have gained several skills which are important in order to gain an
enhanced output which is important for me to grow and increase my opportunities in the
business. I have been able to achieve better success in performing the crucial tasks
with the help of my employability skills which have been useful to gain better output in
the industry. I find my capability to deliver better results to be enhanced with the help of
these skills and I have developed a positive attitude towards increasing my contribution
towards the job roles. These aspects of the learning process have been resourceful in
order to understand the significance of working in pressure conditions and achieving
better results in order to gain competitive advantage in the working environment (Lisá,
Hennelová and Newman, 2019). With the help of these aspects I have increased my
chances of getting the desired results that are crucial for a person to sustain in the
working environment.
I find myself in a better position after gaining these skills and it has a better
impact on my overall development. I need to develop more a better approach towards
my work which can be useful in order to have a better impression among the superiors
and gain better advantage in the industry. The skills such as data analysis and critical
thinking are the unique abilities which I want to develop in order to improve my overall
performance and gain better advantage in the industry. By gaining these skills I will be
able to analyse the preferences and needs of consumers and prepare effective
strategies for improving my work. I can increase my efficiency of understanding different
situations with the help of these services as they have a positive impact on my overall
development (Suleman, 2018). These developmental skills will be useful in order to
provide a better approach towards learning and improve my overall success in the
industry. I am excited towards learning these skills as they are useful in increasing my
development opportunities which are helpful in having a better impact on the overall
success.
I will prepare an appropriate action plan which will help me to identify the key
factors that are crucial for developing these crucial skills and increase my confidence
over my overall capabilities to achieve better results. I will focus upon giving due
consideration towards critical thinking and data analysis which are one of the most

important skills that are required in a job role. With the help of these skills I will be able
to increase my opportunities to get better employment in reputed companies and
improve my growth in the business. With the help of these skills I may be able to
achieve better results and gain competitive advantage in the industry which will be
useful in order to increase the overall output. I will make effective strategies for learning
these skills and join good courses that are dedicated to critical thinking and data
analysis. I will develop these skills by taking guidance from professionals who are
trained in this field and have a better understanding of these skills as I want to develop
them completely. By getting the effective feedback from my superiors I will be able to
increase my efficiency in analysing data and preparing effective strategies for improving
the quality of results achieved by me. These practices are crucial for me to learn as they
are helpful in improving my skills and are useful in order to get better results than my
peers (Nisha and Rajasekaran, 2018).
These employability skills are supportive in improving my overall performance
and will require better efforts from me in order to achieve a better output. I want to
enhance these skills in order to fulfil my aims and objectives. It will provide me with
better instructions to ensure sustainability and gain better advantage in the job role. By
increasing my efforts in developing these skills I will be able to get a better
understanding of the different roles and responsibilities in my work. They are highly
useful in my career development and have a better impact over my business
opportunities. These skills are beneficial in order to provide a better approach towards
working and have a successful career in the future (Sarfraz and et.al., 2018). I have
been trying to improve my efficiency which can be achieved by improving my
development opportunities.
I always try to keep on developing my skills in order to give my hundred percent
in each an every task that is assigned to me in order to develop better results in the
future. I try to increase my efforts towards learning important skills as it has a better
impact on my development and is helpful top improve my productivity. I want to pursue
a career in health care which will be suitable for me as I am empathetic towards people
and I like to help people who in order to provide them with due assistance. It my dream
to achieve a reputable position in the health care sector and improve my chances of

gaining better recognition by my superiors. I will work hard and develop all these skills in
order to improve as an individual and may be able to provide better assistance to the
people and increase their overall satisfaction.
I worked as a carer while working in my existing job and I like the field of health
care as my future career. I am empathetic and understanding towards people and like to
help people who are in need. I have chosen the LSST course which is suitable in order
to learn what is required by me to become a healthcare professional. The unique
features and details in this course will be useful for me to improve my understanding of
the skills that are necessary in this profession and what can be expected from me to
grow. These skills are crucial for getting better opportunities in the healthcare sector
and understand what is the actual problem which is faced by people.
I will develop effective plans in order to successfully reach my targets and
improve the quality of output which is achieved by me. These plans will help me to
organize my daily activities and improve my performance while conducting crucial tasks.
It will be beneficial for me to increase my development and growth opportunities in the
industry. I want to experience better results which will be achieved by consistently
performing well and achieving better output than my peers. These efforts in my
development process will provide me with better assistance to achieve my aims and
objectives appropriately. It will enhance my overall skills and improve my ability to
increase my productivity in serving people. I will be able to increase my success with
the help of these practices and have competitive advantage at my workplace.
