Introduction:
Implying efficiency and skill in specific job role as learned in training or development-oriented
program is supportive toward improvisation of proficiency. However, the categories and job
specific duties are different as per variety and category of job. Skills in healthcare need to be
motivational and highly responsible. As a senior healthcare support worker, this paper is getting
composed in reference to a noble as well as renowned healthcare institution NightingaleCare
Home (Nightingalecarehome.com, 2019). The organization is highly dealing with intensive care
specific diseases like dementia, disabilities, mental health issues with great care and
effectiveness for a long period. Based on the criteria and responsibilities of healthcare jobs,
performance specific objectives and rob roles, preferred skills and qualifications in parallel to the
set goals and objectives by the organization have been presented in the paper.

Part 1:
1.1 Responsibility and performance objectives:
Healthcare employees are required to have some basic qualities of assisting patients having basic
activities related to hygiene in a tender way. Nightingale is excelling indignant in serving the
sufferers with tender and soft care along with facilities from distant locations too. The
organization has managed to expand its vision and efficiency in years with excelling efficiency
in managing experts, employees and their skills (Taylor, 2016). As a senior healthcare worker, it
is obvious to have medication-based knowledge to administer patients in their needs.
Communication with supervisors and further managerial supervisors or support roles need to be
there to accompany necessary care while required. Monitoring medical needs and activities by
the clients, maintaining the records related to organizational strategic context, marketing goals,
set objectives towards their ambition are immensely needed to be synchronized. Expanding
knowledge of medical technologies to improvise medication facilities and to support suffering
families is inevitable to comprehend supervision and bringing magnificence.
1.2 Evaluating effectiveness against the set objectives:
Nightingale, since 1860, working with magnificence to exaggerate the basic principles of nursing
by focusing on its target audience, selected organizational goal of serving needy people.
Assisting the bereaved families with adequate mental support is the principle of this organization
which is carried forward by the company so long by improvising the managerial constitution, the
contextual concept of serving patients. The organization has been seemed to enable the

efficiency to successfully work with excellence even in a highly pressurized
environment(Nightingalecarehome.com, 2019). Employees in such contexts need to have the
willingness to maintaining proficiency in any kind of situation. Basic knowledge of phlebotomy
procedures is amended to be there which will lead the employees to maintain a co-operative
approach towards colleagues and other fellow workers. As stated by Dill and Morgan (2018), the
proper learning and knowledge-oriented program on understanding medical confidentiality and
to know the laws work are found active in the norms and regulations of Nightingale.
1.3 Recommendation for improvements:
The organizational is excelling with superficial excellence in its medical facilities and mental
relief-oriented services. It worked a lot in growing abilities that obstruct mental degrading factors
to contradict advancement. However, the organization is lacking fluency in programming
training and development related advancement programs (Taylor,2016). If the management can
accompany relevant resources to conduct training for the employees which will enable them
adopting the efficiency of providing companionshiptowards other employees and patients as
well, it would inevitably benefit the organization. By fostering recreational activities with the
clients, the organization may have progressed their information and support system and to create
improvisation in their way of taking care. Basic knowledge of nursing authorities is there in
context with Nightingale, however, there are issues in technical progress. By adopting proper
technological support, the organization may support employees fasten their activities and role by
providing adequate support where required.
