INTRODUCTION
Employability skills are related to learning, abilities and other competencies that assist individual to get good job position in the desired
industry. These skills are important for ensuring career growth and success. It further involves various skills including corporate communication,
analytical, technical, self-learning, management and other interpersonal skills that are important for getting and being successful in a job. With
these skills, one can be in charge of its own career (Jackling and Natoli, 2015). In the present report, various aspects of employability skills will
be explained. Further, in this report roles and responsibility of health care professional will be explained with the help of self-appraisal form. In
order to conduct this study, National health service (NHS) has been selected. It is a publicly funded organization whose aim is to provide free
medical and care services to the citizens of UK.
