INTRODUCTIONEmployability skills are those skills which are transferable and which are required by the people so that they performeffectively in the organization. It is those proficiencies which are very important for being and getting successful at the work place.These are non-technical skills which are very important for employees to perform effectively. These skills are very helpful for theemployees so that they could work with their full efficiency (Haasler, 2013). It includes proficiencies like problem solving, planning,self-management, organizing, decision making and communication. Present report is about Home care which provides support andhelp patients so that they could overcome their issues or illness. This report covers the evaluation of performance objectives in order towork in a health and social care. Further, it covers the responsibilities for managing a team and self-evaluation in knowing thecapabilities to solve problems. Accordingto this role the nurse has tocheck the patient which thenurse is looking after(Lowden and et.al., 2011).Patients should be observesand monitored so that anyissue or problem which theyMonitoringandobservation: It is one on themain role of nurses. Throughmy analysis it was found thatI lack in understatingpatients. Mostly patients facedifferent types of illness andall need to be given differenttreatment. I fail inunderstanding the problemwhich the patient actuallyImprovingcommunicationskills:Mycommunicationskills are poor. Inorder to improveit, I will attendseminarsconducted bydifferentprofessional whichPreparing a list ofgoals: preparing a liston which goals andobjective will behelpful in remindingthe aims which has tobe achieved. Whengoals are sets, then inorder to reach it onewill have a focus whichwill enable to achieve itServices users: nurseshas to attend differenttypes of patients amongwhich all will possessdifferent characteristic.There will be patientswho will not listen toany of the instructionsgiven to them.
