employee for making them employable. This may be along with the good technical knowledge
and understanding about the particular subject which involves the set of the skills the company
wants from employee. This report will include the retail industry which consists the all
companies which sells the goods and services to the consumers the company which will choose
in this report is TESCO PLC. In this report it includes the statistics about the company and its
performance level and skills which will require in the time of interview.

The TESCO PLC is grocery and general retailer which operates globally with their
headquarter in England. The size of employee in the TESCO is increased by 326 thousand in
2022. The employment availability in the UK is 75.7%. This retail brand in not only in the
number one in the UK it also most preferred store over the worldwide as the research on the
2021.
TESCO is leading the share over the 27 percent in all over the UK's market place. Along
with its big market competitors ASDA, SAINSBURY'S and MORRISONS. This retail store is
originally founded by the JACK COHEN, this has a group where it is modified with the retailing
areas such as the books, clothing, electronics and toys and it also includes the financial services
and telecoms with the help of internet services accessory (Aryanti and Adhariani, 2020). This
group is owned the grocery retail operations over the nine countries with the addition to the
interests in the number of the another businesses and joint ventures which may includes the local
partners.
TESCO may have a employment rate over the worldwide is the 86.7% which increases
its brand productivity. This brand may have a working age of the 26 to 64 years over the whole
UK in the position of its retailing. It may also have a market share over the UK is 27.3% value
which may have them to increases the competitions in this industry. Working age of non-

graduate the employment rate with the 70.2% for working of the employment is decreased to 0.9
percentage.

In this report it has been concluded the statistics of the chosen organization and their
employment availability which had an impact on the Tesco's productivity. This included the
skills which helped the employees to know about the workplace culture and their productivity for
their products. It also concluded the recommendations for the CEO for the recruitment the right
people for the particular jobs. The recommendations are about the strategies for them to show
their creativity in the time of hiring and proper descriptions about the particular job.

The CEO of the TESCO must need to specify their strategies because the success of an
organization is depends upon the hiring the better talent for the growing their business. They
need to start with their career page for the opportunities for the recruiters to show their culture
and illustration for the sets of the company which may apart from the other country. They need
put the right descriptions about their job vacancies in the company which reflects their
productivity through the descriptions. A well written job descriptions must be a tool for the
improvement of the employees retentions.
Through their job opportunities for the business, they need to be very transparent about
the job title, qualifications and responsibilities over the workplace. There is some streamline for
the application of the interview process which may help them to create the standardized
templates for the attracting the best employees for their jobs. They need to be active always on
the social media platforms to be productive through their jobs requirement this must be very
helpful for them to recruit the proper and higher standardized employees. They need to involve
the current employees also for the hiring process to make that interview very helpful for the CEO
of the company. Hard and soft skills help the TESCO in the recruitment process and helps in
find out the qualified employees which may perform well in the organization. communication
