Research Methodology
Research Methodology is a process that helps to conduct a research. Research methodology
helps to understand the concepts and conclude.
Research approach: There are two types of research methods qualitative and quantitate.
The numerical data is studies under qualitative research. There is use of statistical data to
conduct the research and draw conclusions. In quantitative research approach there is no use of
numerical data (Shafagatova and Van Looy, 2019). The opinions, concepts and experience is
studied. To complete this research quantitative approach is used. As the graphs help to
understand and interpret the data better.
Data Collection: There are various two ways of data collection that is primary and
secondary. Primary research means collecting first hand data. The data is directly collected by
the researcher. The data collected through primary research is more reliable. Another method to
collect data is secondary research. In which already collected data is used by researched to draw
conclusion of the research. Use of already published articles, journals books comes under
secondary collection (Rudman, 2020). For completion of this research both primary and
secondary data collection is used. Interview and questionnaire is made and employees are asked
the questions. To complete the literature review secondary method is used.
Research Methods and techniques: There are various methods to collect the data. It is
important to collect the data effectively and draw valid conclusion out of it. In primary data there
is use of Experiments, Questionnaires, Surveys, Interviews, Participant and Case studies to
know about the view point of employees. In this research questionnaire and interview is used. To
complete the secondary research use of already published articles, books and journals is done.
Sampling: It is a way to select people out of who;le population to whom the
questionnaire will be floated (Shafagatova and Van Looy, 2020). Sampling helps to save time.
There are various methods of sampling like Simple random sampling, Systematic sampling,

Stratified sampling, Quota sampling, Clustered sampling, Judgement Sampling, Snowball
sampling and Convenience sampling. To collect samples in this research simple random is used.
It helps to fair results. As there are no chances of discrimination. Probabilistic random sampling
is used to complete this research. Sample size to complete this research is 30.
Ethics: It is important to conduct the research by following all the ethics. All the
principles should be abided while conducting the research. So that there is no problem in future
it is duty of researcher to follow all the ethics. All the moral values should be taken care while
conducting this research. Confidentiality is another important aspect that is considered whole
completing this research. It helps to complete the research effectively. Also there are no chances
of problem in future.
Employees are the one that are internal to the organisation and the point of view of
employees help to draw a valid conclusion. So in this research questionnaire is filled by the
employees.
