It has been evaluated that employees manage the activities and also consider the responsibilities which are given by the top management. It has been seen that there is no doubt that human asset is considered as an intangible asset of the company. In the present changing environment it is analyzed that it is difficult to find capable candidates for conducting the activities of the company. The activities of the company cannotbe complete if there are no employees in the company. Every company focuses on recruiting the employees who are capable to conduct the activities with efficiency. In many companies the employees meet the standards of the professional behavior related to the condition of employment (Chen et al., 2015). It has been seen that these standards helps the company to create a good working environment for every person. If the focus is given on the standards that govern the workplace, it can be seen that it helps to ensure the behavior and also the success in the job. It is important for the employees to behave in a proper manner in the workplace so that it can be easy to accomplish the overall objectives. The concept of organization behavior focuses on the behavior of the employees and it has a connection with the activities assigned to the workers. The success and failure of the company depends on the behavior of the employees (Shahab and Nisa, 2014). If employees who have positive attitude towards the activities or in the company then it can be an opportunity for the company to achieve large market share. The targets of a company can be attained if the employees have positive and motivational behavior. The behavior of the employees can be examined at the time of doing the activities. The image or the goodwill of the company can only be maintained if the employees are having positive attitude towards the overall activities of the company (Rothmann and Cooper, 2015). Positive attitude of the employees can be analyzed if they are focused towards the activities of the company. The behavior of the employees depends upon the culture and environment of the company. If employees are behaving in a proper manner with the customers then it can be easy for them to operate the activities with efficiency. The customer creates an image of the company in their mind. When the customer purchases the product it has been seen that they focus on the behavior of the employees. If the employees are rude then the customers will not prefer to avail the services. Employee's behavior has a great role in maintaining the relation of the customers (Voegtlin, Boehm and Bruch, 2015). The performances of the employees are also impacted by the behavior. To create a positive behavior it is important for the managers to motivate them so that positive attitude can be enhanced by the employees (Hauser, 2014). Managers face various challenges at the time of managing the behavior of the employees. The challenges that are faced by the manager are diversity at work, Employee resistance, ethical behavior, technology and innovation and targets of the company. The first challenge is related to the diversity. It has been seen that organization is an increase in the diverse space. There are many people of different culture and backgrounds. It has been seen that managers should give equal value to the individuals so that employee's behavior can be maintained and also valuable employees can feel motivated. As people are from different background it can be seen that the managers face the issue in explaining any information to the people (Temminck et al., 2015). So, in this case, the best step that should be taken into consideration by the manager is to offer training to every individual so that they can gain information and can also have knowledge in context to the activities and culture of the company. Training will also create positive behavior of the employees towards the activities or the operations of the company. They will feel comfortable and happy at the time of doing the activities which are assigned to them (Li, Wong and Kim, 2016). Next challenge is related to the employee resistance faced by the managers. Managing the behavior of is a difficult task for the managers. It has been seen that in many cases the resources are offered by the company so that activities can be conducted in a right manner. The change which take place or implemented in the company can give adverse impact on the behavior of the employees. When the discussion is not made with the employees and change is implemented then it can be difficult to manage the change. The employees start resisting the change when the decision is not made according to them. So, in this situation, it is important for the manager to 2

The positive and negative impact can be evaluated if the employees resist the change in the company. The managers of the company should emphasize on the taking meetings of the employees so that it can easy for them minimize the challenge which is faced by the managers (Parsons et al., 2015). Next factor is related to the ethical behavior. The corporate scandal reaches a large mass of audience in less time. The companies have the policy related to the ethical behavior within the company. The managers face difficulty to encourage the organizational behavior and culture of the employees (Deery and Jago, 2015). So, in this case, it is important for the managers to implement effective strategies so that it can be easy ethical behavior in the employees can be enhanced. Next factor is related to technology and innovation. Information technology has a great role in the workplace communication. The workplace also gives influence on how the individual and group behave in the company. Technology helps to bring efficiency to the activities completed by the employees. The challenge faced by the managers is related to searching the ways in which the technology can be reduced the workload. It can be evaluated that the people who are not satisfied will not be able to give their best towards the activities which are assigned to them. So, it is important for the manager to consider the latest technology so that employee's behavior can be maintained and their frustration level towards the activities can be reduced. It is important for the managers to focus on the considering the latest technology so that in a proper manner the activities can be completed. By giving effective training it can be possible to manage the behavior of the employees (Korn, Funk and Schmidt, 2015). The last challenge focuses on the targets and goals of the company. There are many managers who face the challenge is context to the targets and objectives. It has been seen that there are many employees who are not able to achieve their goals and also their behavior is not good. In this case, the manager has to face the issue related to the behavior of the employees (Strom, Sears and Kelly, 2014). If the behavior of the employee is not managed in this case, then it can be difficult for the employee to conduct the activities in a proper manner.
