This presentation report aims to determine the effects and influences of job satisfaction and employee commitment on an organization. It will identify ways through which organizations would increase the level of motivation of their workers. The research activity will involve data collection through administration of questionnaires and interviews. The success of this activity will involve the researchers using positivism and interpretivism factors. The case study will involve sending questionnaires and interviewing workers from ABC Corporation.

impacts of motivation and job satisfaction
through employee output (Chandra, 2013).
