service provider. The company having around 3000 technical and support staff and approx 1550
employees are working in customer experience centers within the 5 areas of Nigeria state.

productivity, quality of work and retain top talent. It is crucial for business industry to have
positive employee engagement because due to this company satisfied customers effectively that
gives prominent results to organization sustainability. Within an organization, an engaged
employee works to generate revenue for company so that workers who are working within that
outlet enjoy high pay (Mone and London, 2018). Engaged employees adopts the discretionary
efforts where they ensures that work yield high results. This also helps in lowering the
absenteeism of employees that support in maximizing the culture of company so that beneficial
outcomes are enjoyed by company. It also crucial to eliminates number of safety incidents which
is important to maintain the work life balance. To effectively develops employee engagement

of company. Therefore, if the company closed due to this reason than it results that 5000
employees are lose their jobs along with entity core products and services will lose the value in
the local area of Nigeria that affects negatively on their image. However by examine the aspects ,
it is to be identified that company Catanet Nigeria Ltd face internal and external threats due to
mismanagement in employee engagement are occur, these are presented below:
Internal threats that a concerned organization face:

Internal issues are those which are present within the organization itself. In context of
Catanet Nigeria Ltd it is to be demonstrated that firm face extreme employee turnover mainly at
middle management level. It is done so because at this level, employees are asked to perform
task without getting much resources and they have no control over decision (Shuck, 2019). In
this management does not place employees at suitable place due to which they are not satisfied
with their working that impact negatively on employee engagement. Another internal issue due
to which threat of closure is increased is more complaints of customers related to poor safety
and security. Due to which customer face the hacking issues as Catanet Nigeria Ltd is a internet
service provider company where safety of employees and customers are highly important.

Ltd. Bad press report because of irresponsible management and mismanagement of staff

time. Hence at my workplace, leaders are the best to monitor engagement and examine
the key areas of friction that are uncovered (Balwant and et.al., 2019). Therefore if Top
level management does not effectively implement this practice properly than they face
the issues of employee dissatisfaction. Due to which workers are not performing their
roles prominently and this effect customer retention and increases buyers complaints.
Hence, emphasis on engaging leaders and managers into employee’s task and position
helps in lead high success due to which firm will sustain longer time period. This practice
also helps in saving the job of 5000 employees and also develops high value of products
and services within local area of Nigeria.
 Prioritize day to day communication with employees- To become highly engaged
organization and overcome with the fear of closure it is essential to an organization to
prioritize face time that means communication between managers and employees.
However, at middle level hierarchy communication is very important to engage
employees in working. Therefore in Catanet Nigeria Ltd, to remove the issue of high
turnover manager implements this practice within company, where they follow one to

on formal goals setting and tracking programs’, survey on employee engagement,
performance review etc. all these factors are implemented under the organization so that
extreme turnover of employees are reduced (Ellinger and Franke, 2018). It is essential to
