INTRODUCTION
A popular British Business Entrepreneur Richard Branson declare that Employees should be first
priority for organisation because if company take care of their employees, they will also give
give priority to their business. The Chartered Management Institute (2015) claimed that
employees who have positive attitude towards organisation they give more contribution to them .
Employees engagement is the concept whicjh describes the positive relation between
organisation and employees. In this case , using best of the skills, knoeledge and experience is
important to keep employees happy and make them relise their worth in the organisation. (ibid
2015). Allen, M. (2014) claimed employee engagement is the emotional commitment employees
feel involvement towards organization and the contribution they make for organization’s growth
engaged employees demonstrate care, dedication, enthusiasm accountability and result focus.
Absenteeism is the term which is given to those employees who usually absent in the
organisation. (Lartey,. 2021). Employee Engagement program is based effective technique to
minimizes staff absenteeism, there is research which claimed that it is not an effective tool in
reducing the particular problem. This essay will discuss research on employees engagement and
also it will give suggestion in the form of conclusion.

To know the relation among the workers involvement and absenteeism, encouragement
require to be evaluate. The Chartered Institute of Personal and Development (2016) relates to the
absenteeism that can be deal with fundamental terms of losses for the business. It is relates to the
cost of absences that will be almost £557 per workers as annually. Psychologist Abraham
Maslow 1940s first demonstrated to the theory of the motivation in which they manages that an
individual have a structure of requirement that is essential to be fulfilled from the fundamental
requirements like self-actualization and as well as self needs. Al Balushi & Aulia (2019) stated
that motivation is an essential aspect in management due to which staff members will work
effective to attain higher productivity. Motivation at management perform in two manners.
Internal Motivation and as well as external Motivation. Internal Motivation covers responsibility,
freedom to act, scope to use and develop skills and abilities. Extrinsic Motivation is what is done
to motivate people. It involves rewards such as increased pay, praise or promotion.
