To understand about human resource management Sainsbury has been selected that is the largest chain of supermarkets in the United Kingdom. This organization was founded in1869 by John James Sainsbury with a shop in Dury Lane London. The company is the second largest retailer of groceries for the purpose of running their business and increase the productivity.The Essay involves aims and objectives, literature review and methodology that develop understanding properly.
