1. Instruction manuals and induction training are required to provide instructions to
employees.
2. Board meetings and annual audit reviews are performed to consult the key
stakeholders.
3. SMART goals need to be implemented to align the work allocation with operation
plan.
4. Resource leveling and work breakdown structure will help in resource allocation.

5. Open flow of communication through top-bottom approach is adopted for
communication in the organization.
6. Increased customer service, effective tactical decisions taken and proper maintenances
of database are considered as the main KPIs.
7. Re-structuring of the performance metrics are to be considered through employee
surveys if the KPIs are not met.
8. Performance management plans and job analysis are required to develop the
individual work plans.
9. The risk management plan in the organization is implemented through assessment of
the environmental forces, analyzing the risks, categorizing them and framing solutions
for them.

Performance Management system is a tool to assist the managers in conducting
effective performance appraisals of employees and a continued monitoring of the
performance in the organization.
