organisation is highlighted. Good relationship helps to lessen the stress, peer pressure, excessive

ensure the growth of the firm and take initiative in order to maintaining the profit survival of the
firm. The hotel group of the “Marriott” is taking negotiation technique in the process to maintain
the fairness of work distribution between the employees of the organisation.
Obligation to negotiate in the fair term- This has to be maintained in the equal manner
on the following basis -
1. Meeting should be done on regular basis(The Art of Negotiating, 2016).
2. The subject of the bargaining is being on the following basis are as salary, Wages hours and
