INTRODUCTIONEmployee relation refers to the organisations undertakes the relationship between theemployees and the employers. A good relationship provides fair treatment among all theworkers. For the positive and good worker relation in an organisation the employer and shouldhave good communication skills for better understanding and performance (Millward andBrewerton, 2015). A healthy relationship between employer and the employee helps to work inunity to achieve the goals and success. An employee must receive consistent feedback toimprove the quality of work performance. Present report is based on Marriott hotel which ishospitality organisation in UK. They provide different types of services such as accommodation,food services and offer other luxury services to their customers.Under this report the healthy relationship between employee and employer motivate theemployee , effective communication, efficient working and productive employees in theorganisation is highlighted. Good relationship helps to lessen the stress, peer pressure, excessiveand insufficient workload, etc. The satisfactory relationship helps in improving and innovatingnew ideas according to the trends. It also helps to get focused on future with knowing the focusareas. Regular communication among the employees helps to solve the difficult feedbacks. LO 11.1 Unitary and pluralistic frames of referencesEvery employee has different relationship in the organisation the worker is working. Inreturn, the give an innovative idea to the workplace to fulfil the trending demands of theircustomers. A positive relationship of the employer and employee is necessary as one person isnot enough to handle all the responsibilities of an organisation (Tansel and Gazîoğlu, 2014). Inaddition to this, it also helps in managing the employees at their workplace. Unitary perspective frame: Under this frame the conflict among the employees is seen asthe temporary divergence which may be occurred due to poor management or lack of propercommunication for a certain time. The unitary perspective finds the expression by implementingthe mission statement. It also measures the success through the actual achievements of theobjective. It makes the workers loyal towards their work and the organisation. Pluralistic perspective frame: The organisation turns into powerful sub groups in whicheach group holds its own legal loyalties and their own set of objectives and leaders. The control1

and enforcement of the management is influenced and co-ordinated lesser. The legalrepresentatives of the trade union employees are deemed (Devonish and D., 2013). It givesstability at workplace to compromise between management and unions. The role of managerwould be less commanding and enforcing. The union plays a major role in this frame. Pluralisticframe has the disagreement and concern over the sharing of profits and the organisation. To cope up with this, trade union should take active steps in relationto various approaches are as to provide effective training and research programme for theirworker so they can learn and do between in their performance. With the help of these thechanges in the relation of the workers can get affected are as- Communication- This term referred as passing of information from one person to another. Thisactivity in the organisation should be done in appropriate manner. The flow of communicationshould be open so that each person can have the wide knowledge at the time of conflict situation.With the help of this impressive nature the relation between worker can be effective so that noobstacle will arise at the time of performance of activities. Any kind of barrier to communicationleads to inefficient action in organisation (Prosser, 2014).2
