research topic holds importance, as employee relations plays crucial role
for analysing employee working productivity informatively within
longer time period. Also with changing innovation in vision, employee
relations are competitively crucial for building a motivated working
culture. Based on employee relations management, new productivity
targets can be enhanced for strengthened functional rise inhospitality

The qualitative research strategy will be undertaken in this research, as
employee relations impact on employee productivity will be analysed.
By using qualitative research, analysis will be developed in appropriate

Primary/ Secondary
Research
Primary data refers to first-hand data gathered from researcher self,
which is highly informative and accurate to present results in appropriate
manner. The secondary data on other hand is based on analysis where
findings are taken from already published articles on internet. For
present project, research will be undertaken by using primary and
secondary data where this will enable to develop findings in accurate
format. For primary research survey will be done, which will determine
direct responses for further analysis. In secondary research, online
articles and published research material will be evaluated to develop
accurate research.

population, based on principles of randomization. Survey will be
undertaken by using probability sampling, where the respondents will be
employees of Hilton hotel. This will enable to get results recorded in un-
biased format, with higher level of reliability in findings. Sample size of
respondents will be 30, and also specific focus will be given to accuracy
aspect for developing research in authentic format.
