Kingfisher garden center has been implementing the process of equal employment

the main reason that the efficiency in the field pf managing as well as the developing

2. Family/work relationships
Kingfisher Garden center takes into consideration the rules that are set regarding
providing holidays. The holiday structure is that is set by the National Employment
Standers includes the aspect that the management of the project is performed with
high efficiency. The working hours of Kingfisher Garden Centre are fixed and they also
provides a flexible working hours that are possessed regarding the management of the
project.

Making request can be performed with the help of the in text writing and answering the
questions that are needed to be answer in order to complete the project process of

After getting the request for approval, the higher authority of the organization approves

3. Discrimination, harassment and bullying
Kingfisher garden center ensures the aspect that the entire issue is identified in the
initial stage. After searching for the witness of the harassment, collection of proof is
performed. Solving of the problem is one of the main reason that the processing can be
performed in a better manner.
