Strong and healthy relationships at workplace not only benefits employees but the entire organisation in increasing their productivity level. It has been proven from studies that healthy employer-employee relationships in an organisation helps in making personnel more productive and retain for them a long run. In order to gain insights about about influence of employee relationship on the behaviour of varied stakeholders, Bentley Motors is taken into consideration. Bentley Motors is an UK based luxury car manufacturer which was established in 1919 and has its headquarters at Crewe, United Kingdom. This project demonstrates knowledge and critical understanding of approaches regarding employment relationships which enables management in gaining insights about meso, micro and macro-level environment. This project report critically analyses and evaluates varied roles as well as responsibilities of stakeholders that impact on employability associations.
