INTRODUCTION
Employee relationship can be described as efforts done by establishments in building and
maintaining long-lasting and positive association with personnel at workplace (Duan and et. al.,
2021). This is done by organisation to ensure employee engagement and retention for a longer
time period. Strong and healthy relationships at workplace not only benefits employees but the
entire organisation in increasing their productivity level. It has been proven from studies that
healthy employer-employee relationships in an organisation helps in making personnel more
productive and retain for them a long run. In order to gain insights about about influence of
employee relationship on the behaviour of varied stakeholders, Bentley Motors is taken into
consideration. Bentley Motors is an UK based luxury car manufacturer which was established in
1919 and has its headquarters at Crewe, United Kingdom.
This project demonstrates knowledge and critical understanding of approaches regarding
employment relationships which enables management in gaining insights about meso, micro and
macro-level environment. This project report critically analyses and evaluates varied roles as
well as responsibilities of stakeholders that impact on employability associations.

Value and importance of employee relationship and explaining fundamentals of employment law
Every individual has built and maintain a certain relationship with their peers. It is
important for employers to encourage their employees in making healthy relationship at
workplace (Audenaert, George and Decramer, 2019). Importance of employee relationship in
accordance with Bentley Motors are discussed below:
Employment relationship make work easy- Healthy relationships can ease the work load
on employees and provides a free and casual environment which enhances their
productivity level. In relevance with Bentley Motors, they provide effective and open
communication channels which can be used by employees for interacting to each other in
a simpler way.
Aids in motivating employees- It is essential to build long-lasting employability
relationships as they helps in motivating and inspiring employees to increase their
productivity yield. In accordance with Bentley Motors, managers believe in motivating
