So, in this paper the discussion will be made on the overall method related to training and
development. It can be seen that training and development can help to maintain the overall
activities of the organization and can also maintain the overall performance level of the
employees.
Customer service is considered as the support which is given to the customers so that it can be
easy for them to achieve growth in the competitive market. In the present scenario, customer
service is given so that it can be easy to retain the customers towards the activities of the
company. Customer service can be done through email, text message and also through social
media. There are many companies who offer proper self-service support to the customers so that
the queries can be resolved (Buckingham and Goodall, 2015).
Training and development is also different from each other. It can be seen that training is
different as compared to development. It can be seen that training focuses on ensuring that the
employees of the company are equipped with the overall skills and knowledge so that it can be
easy for them to manage the jobs in the workplace. But in development it can be seen that people
are equipped with the overall skills and knowledge and also it helps to maintain the overall
framework and also maintain the overall understanding of the company (Haff and Triplett,
2015).
Also in training, there are large numbers of people but in development there are no specific
individuals who are equipped with the skills and competency. The benefit related to training and
development is that it can be seen that through training it can be easy to boost the overall
confidence level of the employees. Also, when proper training is given to the employees it helps
in creating interest of the employees towards the organizational activities. Training is given to
the people in the organization so that it can be easy to handle the particular task and it also help
